Terms of Service
These terms govern your use of RenderHarbor. By using the site you agree to them.
The service
RenderHarbor is an online AI image studio for generating, editing, enhancing, and transforming images. Features may change as the product evolves; current capabilities and limits are described on each tool page and on the pricing page.
Accounts and credits
You can try the studio without an account using local browser credits, with reduced output and daily limits. Signed-in accounts receive starter credits; paid plans and credit packs add more. Credits have no cash value, are not transferable, and expire according to the terms shown at purchase. Payments are processed by Stripe.
Acceptable use
You agree not to use RenderHarbor to create or distribute:
- content that is illegal where you live, or that infringes others' rights;
- sexual content involving minors, or any content that exploits or endangers children;
- images intended to deceive — impersonation of real people without their consent, fake documents, or fraudulent material;
- content that promotes violence, harassment, or hate;
- material that violates the usage policies of the underlying AI model providers.
We may suspend accounts that violate these rules or create abnormal load that degrades the service for others.
Your content and output rights
You keep the rights to images you upload. You are responsible for having the right to upload them.
Rights to generated output depend on your plan: the Free plan is for personal, non-commercial use; the Pro plan includes a commercial license for campaign and client work. Always check the plan details on the pricing page before publishing generated images commercially.
AI output can be imperfect and may resemble existing work. Review results before use, especially for commercial or public-facing material.
Disclaimer and liability
The service is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, RenderHarbor is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.
Changes and contact
These terms may be updated; the current version is always this page. Questions or violations to report: [email protected].
