Privacy Policy

This page explains what RenderHarbor stores, what stays in your browser, and which third parties are involved when you generate or edit images.

Accounts

RenderHarbor uses Clerk for account sign-in. When you sign in, we store an account identifier and the display name and profile photo associated with your sign-in method so your credits, plan, and generation history work across devices.

Images you generate

Generated images are stored in cloud storage in two forms: a lower-resolution preview used in your history, and the original file. Originals are not publicly accessible — they are served only to your signed-in session through short-lived signed URLs. Preview images may be cached by your browser or content-delivery networks as part of normal delivery.

Images you upload

Images you upload for AI tools are sent to RenderHarbor's generation service and to the AI model provider processing your request — that is how the result is produced. They are handled the same way as generated images afterwards.

Browser-only utilities — Image Split and the Low Quality Image Maker — process images entirely on your device. Those images are never uploaded.

What stays in your browser

If you use RenderHarbor without an account, your credits and session history are kept in your browser's local storage on your device. Clearing your browser storage removes them.

Third-party services

  • Clerk — account authentication.
  • Supabase — cloud storage for image files and account data such as credits and plan.
  • AI model providers — process prompts, uploaded images, and edit instructions to produce results. Their handling of request data is governed by their own policies.
  • Stripe — payment processing for paid plans and credit packs. Card details are handled by Stripe and are not stored on RenderHarbor servers.
  • Google Analytics and Plausible — page and feature usage analytics. Image content is not included in analytics events.

What we do not do

We do not sell your personal data. We do not publish images you upload or generate; your images are accessible through your account, not a public gallery.

Deletion and requests

You can request deletion of your account and stored images at any time by emailing [email protected]. We will confirm once the request has been processed.

Changes

If this policy changes materially, we will update this page. The description above reflects how the product currently works.
